Working with marketing and our scenic teams to come up with an immersive way of changing a conference centre into a full show for our VIP guests was a great challenge. Playing to the storyline and using theatrical light to make a sinister conference at the start but for a twist when the guests return.

During the period when guests go out to try a new attraction, we changed the design of the room to look like the Nemesis monster has attacked. This included truss towers pushed over with cold sparks and pyros being set off next to lighting fixtures to look like electrical faults. A different root into the building with lighting and smoke effects to look as if the guests are going behind the scenes with backstage areas also being affected by the attack, Fake emergency lights have now been converted to 24v and been able to be programmed to strobe as guests enter, Add fake ducting pipes hanging now from the truss with smoke pouring down onto the tables. All this made for a memorable evening for the VIP/ press events of Nemesis Reborn.
